Fei Fang was a little hesitant at first when we suggested a dumpling-making party for her team of Chinese and German colleagues.  She was worried the task would be too simple and cliché for her Chinese co-workers.  Fortunately, at The Hutong we specialize in putting a creative twist on everything, and Fei and her group were anything but bored creating colorful dumpling skins with fillings like potato and cheese, vegetarian surprise and our personal favorite, banana and chocolate dessert supreme!  Master Chef Sophia also whipped up some traditional Chinese stir-fry dishes, which pleased palettes and stomachs alike!  Thanks Bayer, for being such big supporters and lively participants in numerous events at The Hutong.
